Reservations made by phone or e-mail require advance payment for one night – the down payment must be made up to 3 days or on a date agreed with our reception.
If the down payment is not made within those time limits, the reservation is cancelled automatically.

Reservations may be cancelled or changed if the hostel reception will be informed no later than 48 hours before the date of arrival. Otherwise, the advance payment is forfeited.
If a guest does not arrive as it is scheduled, the hostel has a right to keep the advance payment or to cancell the following reservation.
The need for invoice receipt must be reported while making a reservation. Invoice can be issued no later than 7 days from the date of payment. The term above is extended to three months when the invoice is to be issued to a person not conducting any business. After these dates, our hostel will not print the invoice.
