Regulations

Dear Guests,

we will be grateful for your cooperation in complying with these regulations, which is to ensure the peace and safety of all our guests.

The management and staff of our hostel make every effort to ensure that the accommodation services provided in the facility are at a high level. We kindly ask our guests to remember that they use the services of a hostel, which in principle differs from the standard of accommodation services provided in hotel facilities.

We kindly ask you to keep the rooms and common areas clean and tidy. In particular, we ask you to take care of cleanliness in the bathrooms, kitchen and kitchenette, because all guests use them.
In case of any reservations regarding the quality of services, please report them to the reception desk as soon as possible, which will enable us to react immediately.

Thank you, we wish you a pleasant stay,
